The Aquaculture Auditor is responsible for a chieving growth in sales through new business development, leading the delivery of projects, ensuring service excellence for clients and playing an important role in development of others within the team. You help clients implement, improve and demonstrate their commitment to international and local standards. You will get the opportunity to lead and develop our work on a wide range of Food and Beverage services from technical aquaculture services including product certification.

Roles & Responsibilities
You will be expected to lead the growth of our sales and delivery for a range of services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them, including:

1.       Technical Aquaculture services

2.       Audit report writing

3.       Training and capacity building

4.       Stakeholder engagement

5.       Aquaculture report assurance

6.       Supporting the sales team through technical advice and guidance

7.       Enterprise risk management

You will be expected to lead project teams as well as helping to grow our business through the following activities:

1.       Proactively seeking to identify customer needs, developing tailored solutions and selling these to new and existing clients

2.       Leading projects, ensuring they are executed to clients’ expectations, on time, on budget and to DNV GL quality standards

3.       Leading and communicating effectively with your project teams and clients

4.       Introducing services from your own/existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients

Position Qualifications

1.       Bachelor’s degree or Academic qualifications relevant to aquaculture

2.       Qualified aquaculture auditor in Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) or Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)

3.       Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with fisheries farm

4.       A strong interest and demonstrable experience in the aquaculture industry or similar sectors;

5.       Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence

6.       Good written and communication skills in English

7.       Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget

8.       Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines

9.       Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance to Management

10.   Willingness to travel and work around SEA and other locations

11.   Preferably with experience in sales and business development, ideally within a consultancy environment

12.   Preferably an outstanding communicator, with excellent leadership skills
