Persyaratan:

- Degree or work experience in science or mathematics

- At least 2 years of work experience in product management roles

- Experience working in fast-paced, early businesses

- A team player, who has managed a range of projects with multiple deliverables and stakeholders

- Understanding of statistical decision making and a tools

- High intellectual curiosity and passion for the power of science to solve problems

- Highly detailed with a systematic approach with an attitude of extreme ownership

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

- Comfortable speaking and communicating in English

- Experience working on scientific problems in a commercial business-oriented environment

- You’re an inventor and innovator at heart. You’re always finding new ways to solve problems.

Pekerjaan yang dilakukan:

- Manage the delivery and development of our back-end scientific engine and data models for use by the product team

- Leading on the testing of all new modules or updates, recording and managing the resolution of fixes where necessary

- Owning and organizing the product backlog, ensuring each item has been diagnosed, scoped and spec'd.

- Regularly speaking to members to gather feedback, and to ensure you are best placed to be their voice within the company.

- Ensuring we are collecting the right data to analyze our performance and creating dashboards and reporting mechanisms to make data-informed decisions.

- Turning the product vision and strategy into a more detailed and actionable product roadmap

- Be a thought leader in the companies use of product and project management processes to deliver optimal results at speed

- Staying abreast of other players in the industry - be they competitors, potential new markets, potential partners, products that could inspire us etc.

- Support the management and hiring of the team in-line with product development
