Description
This position will work for market Aqua feed. This position\r\nwill also responsible for the delivery of the right feed offerings either new\r\nor enhanced, and innovative solutions to stay ahead of competitors for our\r\nCustomers. Work closely with local Commercial Teams
Commercial Leadership:
1. \r\nBuilds and develops the market in area.\r\nConstantly reinforces the development of sustainable commercial capabilities\r\nthat will position CQN as the partners to its chosen customers and help achieve\r\nthe following:
· \r\nDevelop new market opportunities with commercial\r\nactivities in the market
· \r\nSales targets for profitable volume growth and\r\nstrategic objectives for the market
· \r\nSales excellence capability
· \r\nDeep customer understanding and relationship\r\nbuilding with key decision makers in each significant account
2. \r\nBuild relationships with key stakeholders,\r\ninfluencers, and decision-makers to ensure that margins and sales goals are\r\nexceeded through a solid understanding of the customers’ needs and ways to\r\nenhance CQN added value proposition.
3. \r\nMonitors closely the customer relationship\r\nfor continuous value creation and performance optimization opportunities.
4. \r\nMaintain up to date account plans for key\r\ncustomers.
5. \r\nSupports customer needs through effective\r\ncollaboration with SMT/Operations to ensure availability of raw materials and\r\nability to meet customer specifications and timelines. Ensures that customers\r\nare satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and/or issues are resolved in a\r\ntimely manner.
6. \r\nAchieve sales targets for profitable volume\r\ngrowth and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
7. \r\nEnsures customer retention and satisfaction\r\nwhile maximizing customer’s ROI opportunities
8. \r\nExecutes customer pricing programs within\r\nguidelines established by pricing policy and procedures.
Technology
1. \r\nPerform intermediate level customer-level\r\ntechnical support related to nutrition formulation, aquaculture management,\r\nproduction management, etc.
2. \r\nIdentify complex or advanced customer production\r\nperformance issues and opportunities and engage appropriate support from the\r\nall team to provide technical solutions.
3. \r\nOrganize, provide and/or facilitate technical or\r\nproduct field training for key stakeholders, including customers, distributors\r\nand/or colleagues.
4. \r\nStay current on Cargill Aqua Nutrition Technical\r\ndevelopments and work closely with TAM to transfer relevant insight to\r\ncustomers.
General
1. \r\nPartners with the immediate network of\r\nbusiness/functional stakeholders to exchange ideas and development of new\r\nconcepts and service program (i.e. Strategic Marketing & Technology\r\nplatform, RMS, FSQR, etc.).
2. \r\nLeverages and develops external network contacts\r\n(i.e. industry related contacts).
3. \r\nUtilizes sales and marketing support functions\r\nto assess competitor capabilities along with comparisons to business’s\r\ncapabilities to determine gaps and to position account offerings against\r\ncompetitive options.
Qualifications
1. \r\nRequired Qualifications
2. \r\nBachelor’s Degree
3. \r\nMinimum 2 years working experience fishery\r\nindustry or feed mill industries
4. \r\nKnowledge of aquaculture business
5. \r\nEffective communication skills
6. \r\nGood & effective presentation skills
7. \r\nCompetent in statistical analysis
8. \r\nWork in high collaborative team environment
9. \r\nPreferred Qualifications
10. \r\nValid driving license (4 wheeler)
11. \r\nUniversity degree in fishery as major
