Job Description

- Prospect, qualify new sales leads and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects to close deals

- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on AquaEasy products

- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly

- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments

- Understand the needs of our customers and able to respond effectively with a plan for these

- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

- Meet and/or exceed quotas

- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fishery or related field

- 2-5 years of sales experience

- Work experience in aquaculture-related activities is an advantage preferred but not mandatory

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationship

- Hunger to learn and ability to pick up new knowledge fast

- High energy, pro-active, responsible, independent, self-motivated and diligent

- Caring for team and customers with excellent people skill

- Good communicator, both written and verbal
