Persyaratan:

- Advanced university degree in fisheries and aquaculture or related subjects.

- At least 7 years of experience in fisheries and aquaculture.

- In-depth expertise in one or more of the target value chains (shrimp, seaweed and milkfish) is required.

- Experience with quality infrastructure, ecosystem-based fisheries and aquaculture, as well as with organic fisheries and aquaculture, is desirable.

- Strong understanding of the sector and a very good understanding of sector’s institutional set-up and major stakeholders.

- Confidence to coordinate implementation of project activities between public and private institutions, beneficiaries, and project senior experts.

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesian

- Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Internet tools
